Do you want to lead and inspire others within a team?

If the answer is yes, then we have an exciting opportunity that has become available for someone to train as a Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner based at Kids AdVentures, Prestwich.

We are looking for someone who has been working as a qualified Early Years Practitioner for a number of years and have a good understanding of child development.

The broad purpose of your role is to be a proactive and influential practitioner, working directly with children, skilfully leading day to day practice at an operational level. You as an active practitioner will be an effective role model of play-based learning and supporting others to develop their own practice.

You will be a highly skilled professional who will take an operational lead for the care, learning and development of all young children within your care, adapting to individual needs providing inclusive and holistic provision. You will be responsible for supporting the development of quality teaching and learning in the setting.

In your daily work, you will work with children aged 4 months - 5 years, families, practitioners, other professionals, and appropriate agencies.
