This role is not for the faint hearted.

The company is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to help maintain an impeccable reputation in the local area, somebody who takes pride in their work is essential and a high standard of work will be expected at this level. You must be able to communicate with the operations manager effectively to allow future planning of jobs and the ability to keep good records is a must.

This is a developing company, that is currently in the process of ironing out any flaws in the new project management system, the ideal candidate will be willing to offer constructive feedback to allow the software to be bespoken to the needs of the company, and will take an interest in helping to ensure the software will be implemented in a productive and sufficient way.

RequirementsTechnical requirements of the role include the 18th edition regulations (2382) and inspection and testing (2391 or both 2394 & 2395) is desirable, however, if this is not currently held, then the company will make provisions for this.

You must be an experienced electrician with at least 5 years of experience, ideally with some experience of helping to develop an apprentices learning and experience.

A driving license is a critical requirement due to our location and the type of work that will be required, you will ideally have less than 6 points on your license (this will give you free reign over use of any of the work vans if required)

An NVQ3 and technical certificate is also a requirement of the role

IPAF, 2919, 2399, 2377 are desired, but non essential as we will create a plan for future development that will incorporate gaining new skills and qualifications into your employment in the company.

BenefitsThe Qualified Electrician role is being offered at £36-£38k per annum, for (up to) 42.5 hours per week.

This role also benefits from a monthly tool allowance to replace tools that have been lost or damaged in service.
