Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week (part time also available!)

Salary: From £24,000

Job Summary:

We provide children aged 2-5 years old a chance to explore the natural world around them. As a nursery practitioner you have the chance to develop our children’s connection to nature, inspire their creativity, build their resilience and confidence to help them become children who are most likely to succeed in today’s busy world!

Start date: Early 2023

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner it is your role and responsibility to:

  • Create an enabling environment where children can learn and develop through play.
  • Work as part of a team and independently.
  • Track development of Key Children.
  • Highly organised and reliable.
  • Strong relationship building skills with parents and team members alike.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changes, is flexible and uses initiative.
  • Forest School experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with 2-5 year olds.
