Work Hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 per week

Salary - £22,500

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for overseeing food safety and auditing all quality assurance activities within the Ilkeston production facility.

What you will contribute

Responsible for food safety, quality, hygiene and legislation compliance applicable to role.

Ensuring quality is an integral part of all processes and procedures

Provide support with internal and external audits where required

Addressing any issues of non-compliance decisively and competently

Managing all relevant documentation in a compliant manner

Support the maintenance of the Quality Systems Manual applicable to role

Proactively manage and monitor quality tasks applicable to role

What you will bring

Knowledge and understanding of Food Manufacturing Processes

Strong quality experience in a GMP environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Demonstrates clear communication skills both verbal and written at all levels

Understanding and application of HACCP principles
