    Job Description

    QA Engineer / Tester - Halifax

    Responsibilities
    • Testing products within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, by applying knowledge of modern test-driven development (TDD), behaviour-driven development (BDD) and testing principles, procedures, practices and tools.
    • Work closely with a team of testers
    • Design, Develop and execute manual testing scripts
    • Support the relevant scrum events; sprint planning / user story estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews
    • Investigate and verify problems with the software systems and base data


    The Successful Applicant

    QA Engineer / Tester - Halifax

    The Successful Candidate
    • Experience as a Software Tester (Manual / Automation)
    • An interest in Automation Testing
    • Experience in agile software development methodology / methodologies
    • Understanding of TDD/BDD
    • ISTQB Certified but not essential
