Join a dynamic and fast-growing FinTech scale-up as a QA Engineer. My client is a fast-growing player in the financial technology industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to their business customers. As they continue to expand rapidly to meet customer demand, I’m supporting their search for a talented and motivated QA Engineer to establish and strengthen our QA function, ensuring the reliability and quality of our cutting-edge products.

You will play a vital role in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of their software products. Collaborating closely with development and product teams to establish robust testing methodologies, implement test automation frameworks, and drive the overall QA strategy. You will take ownership of testing processes, identify potential issues, and provide innovative solutions to enhance our product’s reliability and user experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
  • Solid understanding of agile development practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
