Winning large, transformative pursuits in new and strategic growth areas is a key priority to drive Wipro’s growth.

In this role you’ll lead the strategic pursuits marketing program in a region working with the pursuit pods (location: London, Germany, New York, or Dallas). You’ll work closely with the strategic pursuits leader in your region, the pod design thinker, leadership, sales, and marketing teams to drive the strategic pitch in a pursuit and the end-to-end marketing that increases our win rate for transformative pursuits.

You’ll also work with the global marketing team to create the engine that drives growth: a proven, constantly updated playbook of reusable assets and processes.

This role requires you to be aligned to a pursuit strategy and craft a compelling story, plan the interaction touchpoints and assets which reinforce the messaging and influence behaviour. You will need to bring experience in performance marketing (especially in opportunity-centric or deal marketing areas in professional or IT services), strong design, communication and digital marketing mindset focused on creativity and success.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the strategic pursuit leader and design thinker in the pursuit pods to develop and articulates the value proposition and messaging for the pursuit
  • Research and identify key roles within target accounts and creating personalized content that drives the pursuit story. Be an expert in aligning content to context and customer.
  • Create a compelling storyline for a pursuit and design the marketing activation program end-to-end: from research, planning, customer engagement prep, proposal design, presentation design, integrated marketing campaign execution and analysis.
  • Win customer engagement through cost-effective integrated campaigns which increase differentiation in RFI, RFP and Orals activities.
  • Work with the offshore pursuit marketing hub to maximize research, storytelling, design, presentation design, proposal design and campaign execution.
  • Evangelize marketing integration and the speed, efficiency, and power of re-purposing content and marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with Corporate/SMU/GBL teams to develop a strong shared understanding of growth, research and marketing needs. Ensure strict adherence to global marketing policies and procedures.
  • Evolve the approach and improve performance through CRM data, campaign analytics and analysis, providing actionable insights.
Key Objectives
  • Increase Wipro’s win percentage in strategic and large pursuits.
  • Work with the regional strategic pursuits leader to establish marketing intervention as essential from start to end for chosen pursuits.
  • Build & execute a story to increase customer awareness and favourability of Wipro
  • Develop a proven, constantly updated playbook of reusable assets and processes that drive success
  • Establish KPIs and constantly adapt and optimize the program for better results and efficiency
  • Think ahead, think big, and create new ideas for pursuit marketing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of ten years in B2B field marketing for IT services or consulting services with experience in large deal life cycle or account-based marketing.
  • During those years you should have been in a manager role for at least 2 years managing direct or indirect team members, and with direct experience in marketing for large deal pursuit.
  • In your roles you would have interacted with senior business or sales leaders and contributed to strategy and developing an executable marketing plan
  • Hands-on experience in the full range of marketing activities, including campaign execution, content marketing, events, analyst channel and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals including messaging, storytelling, executive meeting support, campaigns and enhancing client experience.
  • Experience in marketing integration and marketing mix optimization.
  • Proven experience in marketing asset creation, digital marketing, and experience in message creation are all musts.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural team structure and in an onsite and offshore model is preferred.
