Purchasing Administrator - based in Woore

I am recruiting for a Administrator to join a great family run Engineering company with 130 employees and fantastic internal progression.

The role
  • Providing general operations support within the purchasing department
  • Receipting materials and processing material movements throughout the business
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders as required
  • Assist with stock-takes as required
  • Supporting month and year end processes ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers regarding lead-times, costings, specifications, deliveries and quality issues
You
  • We are looking for someone who demonstrates admin and business operations support skills
  • Possibly you will have recently working in any of these roles; administrator, Customer service, coordinator, purchasing administrator, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Supervisor, Stock Controller, Goods In/Out Controller.
