Job Title – Purchase Ledger Admin

Salary – £17,500 – £18,500

Hours – Mon – Fri Days

Location – Newton Abbot

I am currently working with a commercial automotive company in the Newton Abbot area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of an Experienced Purchase Ledger Admin.

Purchase Ledger Admin Job Role
  • Sending Purchase Invoices to respective departments for approval
  • Monthly Bacs run and electronic payments
  • Petty Cash
  • Filing of Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Reconciliation of P/L statements on a Monthly Basis
  • Posting and coding of purchase invoices to the ledger
  • Company Credit card reconciliation
Requirements For Purchase Ledger Admin
  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Admin is essential
  • The ability to work alone or in a team
  • Flexibility to support other parts of the office when required.
