AdminJob Title – Purchase Ledger Admin
Salary – £17,500 – £18,500
Hours – Mon – Fri Days
Location – Newton Abbot
I am currently working with a commercial automotive company in the Newton Abbot area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of an Experienced Purchase Ledger Admin.
Purchase Ledger Admin Job Role
- Sending Purchase Invoices to respective departments for approval
- Monthly Bacs run and electronic payments
- Petty Cash
- Filing of Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Reconciliation of P/L statements on a Monthly Basis
- Posting and coding of purchase invoices to the ledger
- Company Credit card reconciliation
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Admin is essential
- The ability to work alone or in a team
- Flexibility to support other parts of the office when required.
