We have an opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team on the Coast & Country Hotel Collection side of the business, operated by Bespoke Hotels.

This position is a fixed term Maternity cover contract, based at our Head Office in Warrington, with the view to start with us in March.

Responsibilities:

Working in a high-volume invoice processing environment the Purchase Ledger Clerk role will include the following main duties:

• Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the correct nominal codes.
• Ensure invoices are matched to purchase order and have been appropriately authorised
• Input invoices onto accounts payable system.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Dealing with invoice queries from suppliers.
• Supplier payment runs.
• Assisting Finance Team with month end processing.
• Ad hoc duties as and when required.

The ideal candidate:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team based in Warrington. Previous experience of working in a high-volume environment and working towards tight deadlines is essential.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a good eye for detail. Experience of SAGE200 would be preferable but not essential.
