JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a local, Keighley based business who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis to join their team. Reporting into the Financial Controller and working as part of a small, established team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ledger for two business in the Group.

You must have a good level of purchase ledger experience and be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will have demonstrable experience working in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering but the client is open to different industry types. You will be adaptable and a team player, with a willingness to help in other areas.

Duties Include
  • End-to-end purchase ledger including matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Raising of purchase orders and investigating any queries
  • Overseeing payment runs
  • Processing expenses and paying suppliers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with other areas within the business as and when required
