Page Personnel are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well known Manufacturing business based in central Halifax.

This well known Manufacturing business have customers all over Yorkshire and due to expansion a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Purchase Ledger Controller to join their finance team in central Halifax.

Job Description

As Purchase Ledger Controller, you will be reporting into a finance manager and be responsible for managing the entire End to End purchase Ledger for the business.

Duties will include, however are not limited to; handling high volume of invoice queries, three way matching and coding, making supplier payments, supplier statement reconciliations, processing bank reconciliations, managing the purchase inbox.

This role would be suite to an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to make the move into a new role or a Purchase Ledger supervisor who wants to move away from managing people.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Purchase Ledger Clerk Will
  • Will have held a similar role previously
  • Able to use initiative to resolve issues
  • Have very good verbal and written communication skills
