Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to run our fast-paced warehouse. This will involve directing the distribution of tools and fixings to trade customers throughout the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing the Warehouse team and coordinating goods in and despatch activities to maximise efficiency of the operation whilst ensuring dispatches are made complete, on time and in full.

With a recognised warehouse management career to date; you will have experience working in a high pressurised and fast paced environment. Motivating and coordinating a team of warehouse operatives while displaying high levels of leadership. Organisational skills are a must to ensure all KPIs are achieved.

Running a team of seven;the role is hands on, covering a wide range of warehouse management, distribution and logistics, making the position very rewarding, with the ability to make a direct impact on the performance of the division.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient and accurate receipts of goods-in, both domestically and imported.
• Completing full delivery targets daily and guaranteeing they are achieved on time.
• Ensuring stock records are accurate and dispatch discrepancies are kept within KPI’s
• Being responsible for overall productivity within the operation. Making sure that activities are cost effective while managing manpower and other resources levels.
• Being responsible for goods in, picking, quality and dispatching operations, as well as all other warehouse functions including coordinating with couriers and the sales team.

The role is full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm. Starting Basic Salary will be dependent on experience level ranging from £30,000 - £35,000.
