Purpose:

The Video and Motion Graphics Designer will work across a variety of video projects from brief to delivery. The role will support the team to create and deliver award winning world-class work across a range of D2C and B2B Club and Partner digital marketing campaigns and activations, with focus on engagement and response.

The Role:
  • To take video concepts from ideation to delivery with combining motion graphics, animation, design and video into content that engages, excites, and educates different audiences.
  • To deliver creative excellence across all projects, and across all marketing channels and experiences.
  • To support in the team’s aim to produce the greatest design work of any sports club in the world that is Innovative, World-class, Powerful, Inspirational, On Brief, On Brand, Flawless.
  • To use research and data insights to create insightful and targeted communications.
  • To ensure our creative is diverse and inclusive.

The Person:
  • Experience working in a fast paced, award-winning design team, ensuring efficient processes and cost-control
  • Previous experience in brand, campaign, social and digital development - delivering work across digital channels – web, app, social etc.
  • A brand guardian. Ensuring all work fits within brand guidelines
  • An expert across Adobe CC software (primarily After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of C4D (animation, rendering, lighting and modelling) + RedShift/Octane – desirable
  • Experience in Colour grading (Da Vinci Resolve), audio production, AR, VR and experiential design a bonus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to craft scripts, work with VO artists and identify different tones of voice.
  • Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns
  • Excellent presentation skills, passion and belief when presenting ideas to ensure buy-in.
  • Proficiency in presentations leveraging keynote.
  • Proven portfolio of developing ideas from storyboarding to execution and delivery.
  • A passion for sports, fashion, popular culture, brands, current video and animation trends.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects and delegate work efficiently.
