The Millers Arms is a busy pub, restaurant & hotel in central Canterbury, Kent and following our successful re-opening recently, we are looking for a Trainee Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

We need a creative, passionate and dedicated Trainee Junior Sous to support our team, so whether you’re part qualified or a keen beginner we would be pleased to hear from you, just so long as you can provide us with the commitment and enthusiasm required to be successful in the role.

As we know that great chefs are the key ingredient to a successful kitchen, there will be the potential for you to develop your skills and to take advantage of our excellent training and support, including our popular apprenticeship scheme.

In return, we will offer you a competitive pay rate of up to £25,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience, together with a free Canterbury car parking permit and a great range of company benefits.
