Your role

Do you have a solid business analysis background with hands-on experience in a global markets environment? Able to analyze a complex business problem, collaborate with front office and technology teams to arrive at solutions?

We’re looking for a business analyst to:
  • Collaborate with product management and other business stakeholders on business critical changes to our revenue reporting and sales performance platforms
  • Document business requirements
  • Support project management tasks
  • Recommend improvements, solutions and implementation plans

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets Distribution Technology team in CDIO IB. Our team is located in the UK, Switzerland and India, supporting a global business.

Your expertise

  • At least five years experience working as a business analyst in the financial industry, ideally with a strong emphasis on financial product and client data
  • Ideally experience in data management and visualization
  • Full lifecycle project experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, development of test cases, support for UAT and training
  • Strong client focus
  • Ability to integrate diverse views and drive consensus
  • Flexible and able to manage concurrent priorities and projects
  • Excellent communicator and strong writing skills and ability to convey complex subjects to a variety of audiences, including developers, technology management and senior business stakeholders
