  • Bethphage are excited to recruit expereinced support workers to work with a young person in Oswestry. They are looking for a team who are active, fun, committed, kind and caring. Skilled in managing behaviours that challenge and autism are essential, experience with mental health and trauma would be helpful.This is an exciting opportunity and you will be working in a brand new team providing 3:1 support.This role will include personal care.As a team you will be supported by a highly reputable local provider who supply excellent training, regular team meetings and supervisions alongside a generous rate of pay. You will be supported in your role by a proactive Positive Behaviour Support team and inducted by a skilled team who are currently in place……followed by usual corporate information.
