We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Manager to join our clean beauty concept store, set to launch July 2023. As our Business Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store while maintaining a high standard of sales revenue. You will also play a crucial role in building and sustaining customer relationships and promoting our business to its full extent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including customer service, inventory control, and financials.
• Ensure that all staff are trained and knowledgeable in product knowledge and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Lead team meetings and ensure that all staff are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.Maximise and maintain a high standard of sales revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance.
• Build and sustain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and promoting our clean beauty concept.
• Coach and train part-time team members to enhance their communication and customer service skills, ensuring they meet our company standards.
• Create and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained and accurate records are kept.
• Manage all aspects of human resources, including one-on-one performance management and staff scheduling.
• Ensure the day-to-day running of the store aligns with company standards and policies, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Mentor and encourage team members by providing briefings and sharing sales techniques to improve performance and drive sales.
• Open and close the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, in the beauty retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in inventory management and basic HR practices.
• Passion for clean beauty products and a desire to promote a pleasurable beauty experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,689.00-£32,466.00 per year

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Beauty Retail sales: 3 years (required)
• Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
• Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
