About The Job

Activ is undertaking a program of organisational transformation that will change the ways we work and ensure we deliver on our promise of proven pathways to independence for people living with disability. The transformation program will touch every aspect of the ways we operate from our systems, processes and capabilities to organisational culture and how we think about the work we do.

This role is based at Wembley and is a 18 month Max Term contract.

Key Duties
  • Undertake workflow, practice and performance analysis across all areas of the business to understand existing practices;
  • Work collaboratively with transformation team members and the broader business to redesign, develop and test new process and practices;
  • Establish frameworks, redesign essential activities that reduce waste, increase efficiency and profit;
  • Deliver solutions to problems and opportunities identified in order to mitigate risk and deliver greater value to the business;
  • Re-engineer process and practice to ensure greater speed, efficiency and end to end accountability, in line with Activ’s strategic aspirations and compliance requirements.
What You Will Need
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in;
  • Business and or specific education in their field of expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in service and/or process design and implementation;
  • Good understanding of change management principles;
  • Working understanding of Agile methodologies is advantageous;
  • Previous experience in process reengineering and root cause analysis in a large complex organisation is desirable;
  • Formal qualifications in process or project management is desirable;
