One of the UK’s leading Consultancy Organisations are on the hunt for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their expanding R&D team based close by to the South Coast in Kent.

The successful Assistant Principal Systems Engineer will be provided with a very unique opportunity to lead Engineering projects for this Company’s Client base, where they will be in charge of overseeing project roadmaps, planning & forecasting costs and budgets as well as providing Technical explanations for Clients where you will be setting their expectations. The Assistant Principal System Engineer will also lead a team of multidisciplinary Engineers helping through the Product lifecycle from Initial Concept & Design up to Manufacturer and Deployment into the Marketplace.

This Company are looking for Senior Systems Engineers who are looking to take the next step in their career, candidates already working as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Design Engineers who have hands-on experience with a variety of different Engineering disciplines which would include a mix of Software, Embedded Software, Firmware, Electronics, Robotics, Optical or Fluidics.

This Company are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years working as a Systems Engineer or Senior Design Engineer where you have hands-on experience working on a mixture of Engineering disciplines such as Software, Embedded Software, Firmware, Electronics, Robotics, Optical or Fluidics.
  • Led teams of Engineers, within a commercial environment, throughout the Product Life Cycle.
  • Excellent Commercial experience working within an R&D Environment.
  • A Fantastic Education with a Minimum of a Masters degree in subjects such as Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent.

This excellent opportunity is paying a salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience, which includes a very generous non-contributory pension scheme, private Health care, and a Company Share Scheme.
