What this job involves –
This role is within our national retail agency team who are involved in leasing some of the largest and best retail destinations in the UK. The role involves working across shopping centres, high street, out of town retail agency instructions and new developments. We are seeking someone who wants a rewarding career in the retail and hospitality market and enjoys advising clients, finding new occupiers and seeing through new deals from inception to completion. The job is an advisory and transaction role with an immediate book of ongoing instructions and working directly alongside key directors within our team.

Desired skills and experience for this job
We are seeking an individual who has either some existing relevant experience in the retail agency market, similar exposure to the retail market or has a strong interest in the retail and hospitality sector. A motivated and efficient individual who can work independently on transactions, but also a team player who can become a key part of our wider team. We are looking for somebody who enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, who is interested in new brands, changing food and retail trends and confident to express their opinions and comfortable ‘cold calling’ when required. Good written skills and computer literacy are also important.
