The Senior Digital Designer is crucial in linking creative and E-commerce team together to design distinctive, on brand and commercial assets to support digital marketing activity. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing across digital platforms. This is an exciting time for Crew Clothing, and this role represents a great opportunity to make a real difference as we invest in marketing to support the repositioning of the Crew brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and creative of all online campaigns and brand story telling, creating assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display and affiliate channels
  • Develop and maintain and excellent relationship with the ecommerce team to design and create compelling email marketing communications whilst taking into consideration trade objectives
  • Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for online use (e.g. local marketing, blog posts, competitions, lookbooks).
  • Ensure all digital assets are on brand, commercial and aligned with wider brand communications.
  • Able to take direction and work with Senior Creative Manager and Brand Director
  • Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral to digital assets for use online (e.g. catalogues, blog posts, brand newspapers).
  • Contribute ideas and innovate to ensure the Crew Clothing online brand experience continues to evolve
  • Monitor and manage the digital team workflow
  • Provide leadership to the digital team and mentor more junior members of team
  • Work with third parties on new site developments, ensuring they are in line with the brand
  • Bring new ideas and concepts to work, and contributing ideas to seasonal campaign brainstorm sessions
  • Stay up to date on design trends and retail competitors

In order to be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Experience in a similar, in-house design role at a multichannel retail company
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma & Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of Trello
  • An understanding of HTML and ‘best practice’ for responsive design
  • Relevant Design qualification/degree course
  • Ability to understand, translate and deliver briefs to deadline
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking and strong creative execution
  • Comfortable presenting in front of group in person or over Teams
  • Video editing skills would be preferred
  • Experience and interest in fashion and clothing brands and marketing.
  • Experience and interest in innovation in ecommerce and digital communications across platforms
