We value a diverse team and believe the variety of experiences and backgrounds in our team make us stronger.The RolexDesign is looking for an experienced, collaborative and pragmatic Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team and help define and develop an exciting array of products over a variety of industries, technologies and domains.As a Senior Business Analyst at xDesign you will be responsible for:Working with a Product Team to understand the “why” and then collaborating with the internal design and engineering teams to determine the “how”Understanding target users’ needs, translating those needs into requirements and working in collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and project managersEnsuring clear communication of the requirements across the team, contributing to the prioritisation of features and bugs, and managing client feedbackKeeping on top of any changing requirements and ensuring the team and client retain a clear understanding of the end product.What You’ll Be DoingInterrogating, shaping and documenting requirements for upcoming products alongside stakeholdersEnsuring the feasibility of produced designs and that they satisfy the product visionFacilitating the delivery of the product vision alongside internal development teams and key stakeholdersCollaborating with the product team to learn, feed back and improve on xDesign’s specification and delivery processFacilitating pragmatic decision-making and product discussions, both internally and externallyManaging the backlogs for projects that are inactive development or have entered a maintenance phaseManaging and facilitating solutions for emergent product issues during active developmentRequirementsIdeal candidates will:Have previously worked as part of an Agile teamHave experience working on Web and/or mobile applicationsBe able to facilitate workshops with clients and can easily communicate ideas to a variety of stakeholdersBe able to define a product roadmap and enjoy working on creative solutions with the development teamBe comfortable working in an autonomous environmentBe a bright problem solver and bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplaceTake the initiative and work independently on multiple key projectsHave experience in supporting and leading other Business AnalystsWork with the Lead to mentor & train Junior BAs Create, and maintain clearly written business requirements and functional system design documentation.Have strong negotiation and active listening skills to manage stakeholder requirements, challenges and expectations.
