Job Description

Job: Senior Branch Manager Designate (Senior Sales Executive)

Salary: £24,405 basic + Performance Related Bonus (Year one OTE £35,000+)

Bonus: Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance + commission.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours, working 5 days out 7

Location: Hazel grove

Mon – Fri: 9.30am-7.30pm

Sat: 8.30am – 6.30pm

Sun: 9.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities

As a Senior Branch Manager Designate with WBAC, you will have a passion and ability to give amazing customer service. You will enjoy and be confident on the phone talking to our customers and enjoy working towards targets that give you the opportunity to earn more! Your role is to buy cars from our customers who make an appointment to see you; however, as a Senior Branch Manager you will be assisting your Regional Manager with the day-to-day management of their region as well as having full responsibility on their days off and holidays. This means you will be supporting Retail Branch Managers across the region and their overall performance.

You Will
  • Assist the Regional Manager to complete the smooth running of the region and compliance with the company’s procedures.
  • Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
  • Identify the training needs of employees and provide constructive, direct feedback when required.
  • Report any potential threat to the business to your Head of Retail.
  • Ensure all diaries/rotas are set up as per the company’s instructions.
  • Ensure all purchases are completed as per the company standard.
  • Provide temporary cover within other regions in the Territory.
  • Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
  • Assist in the completion of all purchases.
  • Run your own branch at the same time as managing the region
Requirements
  • Full UK Manual driving license
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • Strong motivation towards a sales/targeted environment.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet sales goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and emphasising excellence skills.
  • Confidence in implementing company policies and the ability to manage employee performance.
  • Knowledge of the sales planning process.
  • Experience working in a target-driven sales environment
