Our client is a small practice who offer a global presence in the Architectural market. Based out of Christchurch with further offices spread throughout the world they have excellent pipeline of NZ workload and fantastic technical support throughout their offices.

They now seek to appoint a highly experienced and knowledgeable Technical Lead / Senior Architectural Technician to join their Christchurch team. Seeking strong REVIT skills (and ideally BIM knowledge) with excellent and proven communication and leadership abilities. As Senior Architectural Technician your workload will be varied, exciting and challenging offering you the opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead junior and technical staff, working alongside experienced Architects, across multi-unit residential, aged care, student accommodation and commercial sectors.

In order to be successful in this exciting and challenging role you will ideally be experienced Senior Architectural Technician, or looking to step up into a technical lead role, with demonstrable experience leading larger scale projects, strong understanding and knowledge of NZ building code with an excellent and inclusive communication skill set. You will be proficient in the use / understanding of REVIT / BIM software.
