Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a SEN Case Officer within a Local Authority setting in East Midlands.

*Hybrid Working*

6 month initial contract likely to be extended

Rate of pay: 270+ per dayNegotiable Depending on experience

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual with a proven track record of working within a SEND environment. As an SEN Case Worker, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating SEND assessments and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments of children and young people with SEND Developing and implementing EHC plans in consultation with parents/carers, young people, schools and other professionals

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working within a SEND environment, preferably within a local authority setting Knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation

  • Previous experience within a local authority setting is essential
