Job Summary:
The Sales Recruiter is a proactive, dynamic, adaptable, and organized recruiter who will identify a mix of active and passive candidates to recruit and hire exceptional talent. The recruiter has a working knowledge of the business, policies and technology and specializes in finding the right person for the right position within the company. The recruiter is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality.
This position will report to Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
You can fill any job with your creativity, persistence and - let’s face it, you’ve got some great phone skills
You’re professional, likeable and you know how to identify a successful candidate and match those candidates with the right position
Using postings, LinkedIn, networking and external sourcing, you can find and close that elusive perfect candidate
You like to work with hiring managers and assist in the creation of Job descriptions, discuss candidate feedback and adjust the search accordingly
You are someone who can manage vendor relationships and make decisions in conjunction with management about when to use them
You have a strong background in filling sales and presales roles
May work some pipeline from active applicants while also sourcing candidates
Oversee with little or no guidance the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Ability to negotiate compensation and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs as needed
Create and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree Preferred
Minimum of 4 years of sales recruiting experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
