Your responsibilities

  • Providing first-class and committed consulting to our customers is your passion and profession
  • Building a close and continuous relationship with our loyal customers
  • You ensure a unique visiting and buying experience with the little stories behind the work of art.
  • Handling after-sales requests from our customers
  • Assist with hanging, managing deliveries and the inventory management
  • Collaborate in the organization of our various events such as vernissages and artist talks
  • We live multi-channel: you will also be available online to provide our customers with the best service through chat and video consultation

Your profile

  • Experience working in a gallery or in selling consulting-intensive products (e.g. fashion, interior, design)
  • Great sales and communications skills
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive work ethic
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • A confident, style-conscious appearance
  • You can manage different tasks in a structured way without losing the overview
  • High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarize yourself with a new environment
