One Property Recruitment are seeking a Lettings Property Manager to join an award winning Property Management company. The role is to manage a small, Manchester portfolio working very closely with two key clients. As a Property Manager you must be passionate about customer service delivery and first class is the expectation with my client. My client upholds an excellent reputation throughout the industry, and if you are looking to be part of a company as such, then look no further. Core duties of the role include:

  • Managing small Manchester portfolio
  • Key client management
  • Point of contact for Landlord and tenant
  • Property inspections
  • Managing maintenance & contractors
  • Tenancy renewals
  • Compliance including EICR & Gas safety
  • Upholding excellent customer service

This is a home based role with support from the office team, all training will be provided. My client is keen for an individual to join their team that has existing property management experience that would like to broaden their existing skill set and knowledge.

Up to £30k dependent on experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2-3 years experience at least in Property Management
  • ARLA qualified (desirable)
  • Driving licence
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • ability to organise day to day and diary
