The role...

The successful candidate will have a record of delivering business value by leveraging technology; You’ll work closely with the Process & Compliance Product Owner to ensure integrated systems are in place to support our core business processes:

  • Work to become an SME for Appsbroker’s critical systems, documenting key information along the way to share knowledge.
  • Monitor supplier channels for new features and collaborate with the Process & Compliance Product Owner to assess and implement those features where appropriate.
  • Sourcing, management, continuous improvement and governance of critical systems, including managing implementations, integrations and automation projects.
  • Act as a consultant to the business on systems compliance and standards; presenting to the business on compliance topics.

You’ll also maintain, continually improve and report on Appsbroker’s Quality Management System (QMS); working with the business to drive compliance with:

  • Appsbroker’s supplier & Partnership Management Framework
  • Information Security Management
  • Business Continuity Management Framework
  • GDPR, PII and Privacy Compliance
