Description:

Reporting to the director, this is an exciting role where you will be responsible for growing and maintaining the Top Villas portfolio of products. You will be researching new destinations, suppliers and reaching out to property managers/owners to win business. Your role will include managing the onboarding of new villa products onto the Top Villas website as well as keeping the internal departments up to date with changes and launches. Building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers will be key as well as setting out a product strategy for the business. Furthermore you will be managing, developing and scheduling work with a team of product executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and maintain a product strategy roadmap for the business by engaging all key stakeholders.
  • Manage the day to day running of the product team. You’ll be responsible for 3 direct reports and their development.
  • To be continuously researching new areas and destinations to market. To challenge the portfolio by considering further international expansion opportunities.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with key partners in both new and existing markets.
  • Review and improve the onboarding process for new partners enabling a streamlined and efficient process.
  • To communicate changes and new products effectively to all areas of the business and understanding impacts to each stakeholder.
  • Present and provide training information on new products and destinations to internal teams.
  • Continuously work with current partners to establish best ways of working, optimising listings and enhancing performance of the product.
  • To establish a new way of reporting performance within the team and to other departments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry
  • You will have vast experience in building relationships and negotiations.
  • You will have experience in account management and dealing with multiple clients/partners.
  • You’ll also have strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams around you.
  • Experience managing people and teams.
  • A high level of organisation and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and confident
