The M&V Analyst will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Measurement and Verification of Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) across the business. This will involve the analysis of energy consumption across client portfolios as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to support energy reduction processes.


This role requires attention to detail and the ability to identify, measure and recommend energy saving opportunities using various methodologies. Working with both internal and external clients supporting growth strategies and performance reporting.


  • Manage Energy Exception Process to ensure maximum returns from EPCs
  • Work with Projects team at contract formation stage to advise on contract M&V strategy
  • Manage the intervention process for recording site activites within EPCs
  • Coordinate M&V activities with relevant stakeholder such as Project Delivery, Sub-contractors, Energy Manager etc. during auditing, construction and monitoring period
  • Build and maintain data systems to ensure customer data is accurate and up to date
  • Focus development areas for improved use of Energy Management Systems
  • Drive the development of new analytical techniques
