Lettings Manager – Salford - Up to £30,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Lettings Manager? Do you have experience leading and motivating a team?

A superb opportunity has become available, for a Lettings Manager to join a successful and leading estate agency in the North West, who pride themselves on passion, drive, honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.

You will be responsible for overall management for all matters to do with profitability of the lettings department, Lettings, Business Development, viewings, valuations, and overseeing property management.

What you will be doing

• Accurate valuations, advise on profit maximisation to landlord clients to promote refurbishments potential for business
• Managing occupancy through direct lets
• Preparing and managing local budgets, monitoring accounts, and facilitating debt recovery
• Managing and resolving maintenance issues alongside the property manager
• Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of staff
• Produce high quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
• Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
• Maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints and completing repairs
• Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers
• Managing tenant screenings and evictions
• Coordinating maintenance schedule with the assistance of the property manager
• Responding to enquiries and attending viewings
• Networking and relationship building with appropriate industry professionals to promote business growth
• Assessing effectiveness of featured properties and premium properties weekly and assess the effectiveness of Rightmove, Zoopla and other marketing portals

What you will have

• Previous experience working within Lettings
• Strong leadership skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
