Uni4m Media is a digital marketing company working with an international client base in combat sports, health and fitness, and technology.

We are looking to recruit a graphic designer to join a dynamic team of media professionals situated in the heart of Manchester.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with the role. The desired applicant will look to apply their experience and knowledge to help Uni4m Media develop and deliver creative and fresh ideas for its clients, whilst also being able to work to tight specifications and brand styles.

Joining a small but spirited team, the ideal candidate will be required to integrate seamlessly into a vibrant, fast-paced and social work environment. The applicant will be based from our central Manchester office. In the immediate future, this will be dependent on COVID-19 regulations imposed by the British Government.

The candidate will be required to work on a number of client projects across a wide range of industries, and thus must be able to distinguish between creative and corporate styles and should be able to manage their time effectively. This includes brand and logo design, social media graphics, infographics and presentations, video [YouTube] thumbnails. A successful candidate will present a portfolio with experience in the majority of these areas.

The hiring process will be broken into three stages: Initial application stage, interview stage and trial assessment stage. The successful candidate will be required to pass all three stages.

Hours: 35-hours per week, 9am to 5pm (Inc: 1 hour lunch break)
Probation Period: 4 Months (Salary review included)

Essential Requirements

- Owns their own laptop/Mac
- Access to Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- An existing portfolio of work
- Previous experience in social media content creation
- Understand how to optimize designs for various social media platforms
- 2 Year+ Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- 2 Year+ Experience in Graphic Design (Or University Degree)
