Junior Graphic Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and multi-disciplinary content team.

Reporting into the Head of Creative Services, you will help senior designers deliver creatives for our busy events portfolio, product marketing design, HR and campaign asset delivery.

The successful candidate will work on multiple projects – internally and for external corporate clients – with the chance to further develop in their career.

An understanding of typography, layout and animation will be beneficial to help the team produce the best work possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
• Communicating with senior team members for feedback
• Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
• Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 18 months of creative industry experience working in a design team
• Adeptness with design software packages including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment and see projects through from inception to production
• Good organisational skills to support the rest of the team
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve further

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience using Premier Pro
• Video editing experience including creating social media campaigns
