IT Project Manager - Day Rate Contract - Hybrid Working - Agile - CRM - Outside IR35 - Manchester - 2 days a week onsite needed

We are supporting a highly regarded RSL in their search for a proven interim IT Project Manager on a contract basis whilst they go through a series of transformation and recruiting for a permanent member of staff.

Key Projects the interim will be kick starting is the transformation for the client including an outline of a project plan, building and introducing a governance framework to support agile working and educating on methodologies to the programme board.

The main project will involve building a layer on the top of the current Housing System and Repairs System to form a new CRM.

The skills needed for the role are as follows:

  • PM methodology, preferably Agile
  • Has the ability to define Key Deliverables, Projects, the timescales & Governance
  • A people person and being able to drive people to get things done and explain & challenge effectively.
  • Understanding of the Governance framework.
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experienced Project Manager with the ability to take people on a journey
  • Housing Sector / Public Sector experience.
  • Housing Management Experience such as Orchard, Northgate, Promaster, Aareon, Civica, OpenHousing
