Job Title: Insurance Sales Advisor

Job Location: Manchester

Job Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Job Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus UNCAPPED commission OTE £42,000

We are looking for a talented Insurance Sales Advisor to join this rapidly growing business based in Manchester.

You will have the perfect balance of working in a family feel team, with the backing of a very successful business who have been celebrating record breaking months during 2021.

The role:

NO COLD CALLING!

  • Making outbound calls to already interested customers who have expressed an interest in their insurance services on their website
  • Taking inbound calls from customers to understand what they’re looking for
  • Understanding what the customers needs are with a friendly questioning style and the offering the best package for them
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained at all times and making the most out of each call

About you:

  • You will already have demonstrable success in a sales role, either outbound or inbound

  • A people person, who has an ability to build rapport with people very quickly
  • Be motivated by realistic targets and working a close nit, friendly and supportive team
