Job Title
Head of Recruitment and Events
Location:
Manchester, Central Office with travel and hybrid working
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum with OTE (based on experience)
Hours of Work:
Such hours as reasonably necessary for the effective delivery of the role, minimum of 37.5 hours per wee
Reporting to:
Executive Head of Marketing and Recruitment
Responsible for:
Marketing and Events Team
Main Purpose
The Head of Recruitment and Events will take full responsibility, management and development of a national Marketing and Events team, with a member of staff in each of our 7 main centres. There is a directive to plan, develop and implement a wide range of events and activities aimed at recruiting learners onto ACC products and courses. Working with other Heads of Department and Heads of Centre, they will aim to instill commercial responsibility and direction within centres, led by the Executive Head of Marketing and Recruitment. The role will be responsible for leading on schools engagement strategy, recruitment and enrichment events, as well as reporting on KPIs and Recruitment targets. The role is target driven with the freedom and support to help the organisation develop commercially.
Duties and responsibilities
Recruitment
- Drive recruitment nationally meeting targets and KPIs on a regional level
- Report and analyse on commercial, recruitment and event activities nationally
- Lead and implement (with your team) the schools engagement strategy nationally
- Analyse and identify (with your team) commercial opportunities and risks nationally
- Champion and execute regional and national commercial plans led by the executive head of marketing and recruitment
Events
- Lead and develop a Marketing and Events team nationally
- Coordinate, plan and review events aimed at recruitment and enrichment nationwide
- Innovate in events aimed at ACC target sectors (Music, Gaming, esports, Computing)
- Report on event KPIs and their impact on recruitment targets
Marketing
- Coordinate and facilitate feedback from the regional marketing and events officers to the central marketing team
- Abide by digital marketing guidelines in oversight of regional digital marketing activity
- Coordinate assets and collateral needed for regional events working with the executive head of marketing and recruitment and central marketing team
- Complete all activity inline with ACC group brand guidelines and commercial direction
