Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources (Europe and US) is responsible for the provision of a first-class human resources service for their relevant international client populations. An effective communicator and influencer, the post-holder will act as a strategic partner to relevant business leads, advising on organisational design, and leading on complex employee relations matters globally.

Working closely with the Group Human Resources Director, the Head of Human Resources will ensure that they and their team meet Group SLAs, proactively contribute to the Group Human Resources strategy, specifically leading on the implementation of projects and initiatives within our international territories and ensure the provision of day-to-day operations is effectively and efficiently maintained.

This is a generalist role, covering all elements of Human Resources provision, with oversight of approx. 200 headcount across two of the Group’s companies, within seven European territories and the US: Agent Provocateur (retail populations), and Four Marketing Inc., which consists of a small wholesale sales workforce, based in our New York Showroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with experience ideally in the luxury/premium retail sector, who may currently be working within a HR management role and is looking for their next step. You must have experience managing client groups within European territories, with a proven track record of effective, solutions driven client-partnering. Experience with US client groups advantageous but not essential.

This is a diverse and varied role, supported by an HR Adviser. The ability to work successfully in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and changing environment, and a hands-on, practical approach, is essential.
