Salary:MPS/UPS (Outer London) + TLR 2c (£6,646) plus Teachers Pension Scheme

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic teacher to lead the Art and Design and Technology team. The successful candidate will ideally be an Art teacher who will line manage teachers in Design Technology. The team are enthusiastic, flexible and committed to ensuring that Art continues to be a highly successful department.

Oasis Academy Enfield is an inclusive 11 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. We are located in a new building with state-of-the-art facilities and situated 10 minutes from Enfield Lock train station.

The percentage of students achieving the top grades at both GCSE and A Level has risen over the years. Our students progress to universities including Russell Group and other leading universities following a wide range of courses from English, History to engineering, psychology and law, apprenticeships and work.

We are committed to providing staff with high quality professional development. Mid-week masterclasses run by experienced colleagues focusing on academy priorities are available to all teachers. We hold middle and senior leadership courses run by Institute of Education, UCL open to all staff who want to develop their skills in their current role or look towards the next step in their career.
