Description

Experienced Graphic Designer sought by a specialist financial services provider based near York. They are highly regarded as market leaders with the majority stake in their field and with an ever-growing international presence, there is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting phase of growth for the company.

Hybrid working is available for this role, with some office-based and some remote working.

The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work on a range of projects using your creative skills:

Creating web banners, videos, illustrations, infographics and emails for marketing campaigns

Designing & producing varied print collateral for specialised publications, inserts and other marketing publications as required

Producing promotional email marketing material and e-newsletters on GetResponse

Creating artworks for use on social media channels

Working with other members of the marketing team collaboratively including web developers, content writers and other designers to deliver a market-leading customer experiences

The successful Graphic Designer should have:
Qualification in Graphic Design or related subject

3 years’ experience in a design role

Detailed knowledge of dedicated web, visual or UI design

A strong and varied demonstrable portfolio of design work

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience of design for social media campaigns, both paid (Facebook) and organic

Experience working within an environment dedicated to optimising the user experience (UX)

Expertise in how design can translate to implementable solutions in web and mobile

Driving licence and vehicle required due to office location

Successful candidate will be required to undergo a Basic DBS Check

£23,000 - £28,000 salary depending on experience
