General Sales Manager - Manchester

We are looking for an established and experienced Sales Manager for our client’s franchised car dealership in the Manchester area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience in the role, a full clean driving licence, and demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and strong leadership skills.

The role

  • Managing a team of 7 Sales Executives and 1 Business Manager
  • 2023 objective = 600 used and 400 new
  • Working rota = 5 day week rota’d over Monday to Saturday, no Sundays. 2 out of 3 Saturdays with a day off in those weeks.
  • Salary = £30,000 basic, £55,000 OTE plus company car and benefits.

This is a really strong opportunity to head up an established team, and work for a brilliant, forward thinking General Manager.
