Front of House Manager, ITV Studios Daytime/ITV Studios

12 month - FTC Maternity cover

ITV Studios is looking for an experienced and professional Front of House Manager to include Reception and Concierge services for our ITV Studios global HQ. This role is a maternity cover based in our offices at WestWorks. Working in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills the Front of House Manager role will support the Studios programme teams based in White City such as GMB, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women as well as other ITV Studios Label companies.

The successful candidate will be the first person people, guests, clients and prospective candidates meet when they arrive at WestWorks. Although there is a clear job description for the role, the ideal candidate must be able to deal with unexpected situations and think on their feet. The ideal candidate will be professional and friendly at all times; greeting guests, fielding all general phone queries, managing meeting room requests and work alongside Workplace Services to ensure that the work space delivery is carried out efficiently and effectively at Westworks and Studioworks, in line with ITVs values and a ‘Great Place to Work’. This role will support teams that work 24/7 and although you will not be required to work unsociable hours there may be times when cover will be required to troubleshoot problems, take out of hour phone calls and direct them to the right persons.

This role will suit an experienced Office Manager ideally with a production background.
