Flexible Relief Coach Tour Driver - North West

Alfa Leisureplex Grouphas an opportunityfor Flexible Relief Coach Tour Driver working out of the North Westto join the Alfa Coaches team in 2022. You will cover driver absence and holidays and will receive a pro rata salary of £26,000 for tour days worked.

Additionally, you may have the opportunity to cover single day duties which could be a feeder service or an excursion. The day rate will provide a minimum guarantee of £76.50 for up to 6 hours worked. Hours worked above 6 hours (less 1 hour lunch) will be paid at the hourly rate of £12.75. For example a driver covering a morning feeder and afternoon feeder and working 11 hours would receive £127.50

The Flexible Relief Tour Driver Role:

You will be passionate about providing a great experience for our valued customers on holiday. Taking ownership for a high specification touring coach you will start and end the tour carrying out a designated feeder service. You will bring our Customers to the interchange and then board your tour customers, transporting them to their holiday hotel. Ensuring every part of their holiday is memorable we will provide you with a full tour itinerary but pre tour planning will be essential. Adding your own charisma and personality you will make sure the Alfa experience is a consistent one.

Our ideal Coach Tour Driver:

• Previous experience of operating Coach Tours would be a distinct advantage
• PCV licence with maximum 3 penalty points
• The ability to demonstrate a passion for customer service & safety
• A ‘smooth and safe driver
• Someone who demonstrates Alfa Leisureplex ‘core values’
