Job title: Digital Learning Design Team Lead

Location: Wimbledon

Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (permanent, full time)

Do you want to work within a global Learning and Development team? Do you want a hands-on role leading a company’s team of digital learning designers and driving the delivery of their digital content strategy?

In this pivotal role, you will be:

  • Leading and developing a team through coaching and mentoring
  • Helping drive the delivery of our digital content strategy across all products within the company
  • Leading projects to design, create, review and deliver a variety of creative and innovative digital learning material
  • Working with the design team to ensure content meets the required quality standards and learning objectives
  • Working with SMEs across the business to deliver accurate content based on ‘best practice’
  • Assessing customers training needs and creating learning solutions, as required
  • An ambassador for the business, ensuring that we continue to be seen in a positive light within our ever-expanding global marketplace
