Thynk Social are looking for a creative, ambitious and energetic full-time graphic designer to join us at a time of exciting growth.

The graphic designer will work alongside the rest of the team to brainstorm, plan and deliver campaigns for our clients across the United Kingdom (mostly in and around London)

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of design experience whilst also possessing the creativity and desire to create and deliver influential and impactful designs.

This role will be diverse and provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to work with significant responsibility and creative freedom across both existing campaigns and upcoming campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print-based artwork for client’s social media and print campaigns
  • Manage internal asset collection and integration into pieces of artwork
  • Manage the sign off process with relevant stakeholders ensuring artwork is delivered within deadlines and to a high degree of accuracy
  • Acting as brand guardian for our clients and ensuring all creative work adheres to individual brand guidelines and themes.
  • Export high-resolution, print-ready / digital ready artwork files
  • Clearly communicate all needs with internal teams as well as the client to ensure a flawless workflow and experience
  • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly deliverables are met.
  • Confidence to meet and interact with our clients independently and professionally whilst also undertaking design projects independently

Qualifications and Skills

  • Essential, relevant design-based degree or minimum 2 years’ digital artworker experience
  • Essential, excellent Adobe After Effects and Photoshop skills
  • Essential, in-depth knowledge of Adobe CC InDesign in a Mac Environment
  • Essential, previous experience preparing items for print and social
  • High levels of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team as well as individually
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach
  • The ability to multitask and handle conflicting deadlines
  • Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop
