Digital Communications Associate

We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications Associate to oversee and coordinate the daily Digital Communications activities at our London head office. You shall be responsible for implementing designs, campaigns and develop marketing strategies to develop lead strategies.

Requirements:

• Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
• Create various email lists and campaigns
• Create and design various CTAs and email templates
• Test every campaign’s success
• Develop and present reports on a weekly & monthly basis
• Develop a lead generation strategy
• Create smart email lists
• Increase email subscriptions
• Analyze data to get smart insights
• Suggest methods for improvements
• Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
• Ensuring the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
• Coordinating with graphics team for creative assets
• Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviours.
• Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation
• Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• BS degree in Marketing, Digital communications or business administration.

Work Schedule and Patterns:

• 8-hour shift
• 5 days a week
  
• Office-based role

Salary:

• Negotiable, experience-dependent.
