We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and dedicated person to join the administration team in the position of Customer Engagement Officer at Spencer Private Hospitals at our Canterbury site.

This person should have experience of working in an office environment, making appointments and have a keen eye for detail as well as be able to display exceptional customer service skills to our patients, colleagues of all levels, Doctors that work with us and the Trust and our stakeholders at all times.

This role is working over a 7 day rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm on a rota with other colleagues in the team. This role will include travel to our Ashford and Margate sites as and when required.

Part time applications will be considered.


Full Time:37.5 hours per week (Part Time applications will be considered)

Interview Date:3rd November 2021

Experience and Qualifications

  • Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above.
  • Proven experience working with the public both over the phone and face to face.
  • Experience of booking appointments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering service beyond all expectations.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to act on own initiative.
  • Ability to travel between sites.
