My client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate, 2-5 years’ PQE to join their reputable and successful team.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Commercial residential property is essential, not just residential
  • Able to work in a busy, hectic environment with a busy workload
  • Able to hit the ground running in the role
  • Some knowledge or planning, building and construction
  • Previous experience of leasehold portfolio management is desired but not essential

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercia leases
  • Property aspects of finance/lending
  • Property joint ventures

Salary: £38,000 for 2+ years’ / £45,000 for 5 years’

Hours: Monday-Friday

Location: Canterbury with some remote working
