Sourced Group, an Amdocs company is looking for an experienced Sales Partner to join our sales team and manage existing customer relationships in the Enterprise Financial Services and Insurance sector. As a member of the sales team, you will help execute our go-to-market strategy to achieve our business goals and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The role reports to our Sales Director and the successful candidate will work closely with members of the broader team on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities. A background in selling IT professional services into the financial services and insurance sector would be advantageous.

What will your job look like?

  • Promote Amdocs - Sourced value proposition to pre-identified target clients – focusing on large enterprise financial services and insurance customers who are seeking to migrate to the Cloud.
  • Execute our sales plan to fast-track lead generation, opportunity identification and pipeline growth. This will include activities such as event attendance, networking, telemarketing and responding to incoming enquiries.
  • Develop strong relationships with sales counterparts from our key vendor partners including AWS and Microsoft.
  • Maintain our CRM and produce accurate sales forecasts.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the appropriate pre-sales support for new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure high standards of conduct and professionalism are maintained in all dealings with clients.

You must have...

  • Previous experience working in a business development role, within an IT services business.
  • Experience of selling into the enterprise financial services and insurance vertical market.
  • Advanced sales skills to identify opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding targets and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
  • Technical qualification is not mandatory, but the candidate will need to be sufficiently well versed in technology to determine client needs and sell solutions to meet these needs.
  • A basic understanding of Cloud and DevOps technologies would be an advantage, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A consultative, driven approach to identifying and promoting innovative solutions to client business problems.
  • High energy, positive enthusiasm and relentless drive for results.
  • You’ll be performance-driven (via measurable KPIs), capable of introducing and managing change within the organisation.
  • Ability to complete assignments within tight and often difficult deadlines.
  • Must be open to occasional regional travel
